The Sierra Nevada often inspires a sense of grandeur, and rightly so. The enormous granite monoliths, the magnificent waterfalls, the giant sequoias–it boasts wonder on an absolutely massive scale. I’ve become enthralled, however, with the incredible, complex beauty that is present in so many of the less-grand scenes found within the Range of Light. It’s this beauty–tremendous, yet subtle and easy to miss–that deeply captivates me, and this collection is some of my attempts to recognize and share that beauty.
